How to purchase experiences
Once you have chosen your experience, simply click ‘Buy’ to purchase. You will have 3 options available for how you would like your Voucher or Gift Card presented. You can have the voucher delivered as an eVoucher, have a Race Active printed voucher (Race Active Standard) sent to your address or opt for a Race Active Gift Box Package.
You can purchase vouchers and gift card packages via the Race Active Online Store. Alternatively you can purchase by telephone. Any method used on the Race Active website or by phone is safe and secure.
How long does the voucher last?
All vouchers and Gift cards active 10 months from date of purchase. Beyond the expiry date (10 months from date of purchase) the voucher or Gift card will be deactivated and no longer valid.
Can I extend Voucher/Gift Card Activation?
Absolutely! We are happy to extend the activation of purchased and active voucher and gift cards. Race Active extensions are for an additional 10 months. Extension must be requested and processed before the expiry date. There is a charge of £20 for an extension.
How do I book my Experience?
When you receive your ordered eVoucher, printed voucher or gift card, you will also receive details of the experience provider/operator. Booking with Race Active partners is easy, just choose your location and date and then all you have to do is provide the voucher/gift card reference number. The best part about this is that you have 10 months to do this from the date of voucher/gift card purchase.
How do I check availability?
It is advised that experiences are booked well in advance but short notice is possible. All experiences will certainly need to be booked before arrival at any experience provider/operator venue. It is possible to book an experience with little notice but please check with the experience provider/operator for availability.
Please Note: Regardless of booking confirmation, experiences are always subject to weather conditions. Just a quick call for confirmation to the experience provider/operator as a matter of precaution should help prevent any disappointments.
Who Can Use the Voucher / Gift Card?
Well pretty much anyone within the specifications of the experience, such as age limits and min/max height limits. Only when the experience is being booked will a name or names be required. From this point on, only the name or names provided for booking will be eligible for the experience. For any amendments or changes required, please contact the experience provider/ operator. In most cases and giving enough notice, changing a name or names is possible.
Please Note: Names provided during booking with experience providers/operators should be of a person or persons within the provider/operator eligibility specification such as age and min/max height.
How are Race Active Experience Vouchers / Gift Cards Packaged?
There are a variety of Race Active presentations for your experience purchase.
1. eVoucher – Free Quick & Easy
The email voucher option is the quickest option. simply choose and purchase your fabulous experience and an eVoucher will be sent to the email address you have provided, and that’s it! You can now use the eVoucher and the details provide to book your experience.
2. Standard – Free Gift Wrapped
If you would prefer an actual voucher, the Race Active Standard pack is nicely designed and packaged making it perfect as a gift to a loved one, friend and of course your deserving self.
Race Active printed vouchers are sent via Royal Mail and are delivered within 3 – 5 working days. Express options for faster delivery are available.
External Packaging is plain and has no Race Active branding, so on delivery the surprise is never ruined and held right up until the last moment.
3. Gift Pack & Gift Pack XL – Special
If you really want that special moment when eyes light up, the Race Active Gift Pack has that special touch. The packs are presented in specially designed boxes and contain a gift card, Race Active booklet and Race Active key ring. Our Race Active XL gift boxes also include a Race Active Pen and USB Memory Stick or Power Bank .

4. Race Active Flex Series – Flexibility
Flex Series Packs include pre-paid gift cards that the recipient can use to redeem against selected Race Active product, just like an everyday department store gift card. There is no product attached to the card until the recipient redeems its value via Race Active
Flex Series Packs are a great option as a gift and are even better for those moments when you are unsure of what experience the recipient would prefer. The packs include a pre-paid gift card, and a variety of gifts including USB Memory Sticks or Power Banks, Key Ring, Pen and a Race Active Booklet. The recipient (and of course your deserving self) can use the Gift Card up to it’s value against selected Race Active product including experiences and tickets.
How are Race Active Vouchers / Gift Packs delivered?
External Packaging is plain and has no printed Race Active branding, so on delivery the surprise is never ruined and held right up until the last moment.
Our standard delivery takes between 3 – 5 days. You can opt for our express services for quicker delivery.
Replacing lost voucher / Gift Card?
Don’t panic, it’s not a problem. We are happy to resend an eVoucher. Race Active Standard vouchers can also be resent however there will be a fee of £5 for this service. For replacement gift boxes there is a fee of £10. For full replacement fees, please see below:

Can I take friends and family with me?
It’s great when you’re being cheered on by spectators, but in the case of Race Active experiences there will probably be more envy than celebration. Whatever the case most venues/operators allow spectators. some conditions may still apply such as the number of spectators. Please contact the venue to confirm.
How are Tickets packaged and delivered?
Race Active have formed great partnerships with some of the most reputable ticket agents in the world of motorsport. Race Active is not a ticket agent, however tickets for Grand Prix, Motor Shows and other motoring events can be purchased on the Race Active website. Tickets will be distributed by are various partners.
